Key Features:

Role Specific Features:
- Support: create and work on cases including adding pictures with your camera and taking notes using voice to text.

- Field services: perform daily appointment work including driving directions, taking notes using voice to text, entering inventory, lookup past appointments, recording time, taking pictures from the job site, and more.

Ratings and reviews

I love the mobile app!! It can be customized, and can access about any module in Acumatica. I can take photos of my receipts on the spot and immediately upload them to Acumatica. I can access the information I need, when I need it. I personally haven't had any issues with accessibility or any downtimes. So the mobile app has been a fantastic tool for me.

This application is used by my place of work and it has failed to work for a full day since it was rolled out to us a year ago. if you are an employer looking to use this application I heavily advise you to reconsider.

Error message after error message! Have to restart app all the time

What's new

- It was not possible to view certain records when tapping on some dashboard widgets.
- Mobile push notifications were not working for Acumatica Version 2021 R1 and earlier versions.
- Improved the visibility of UI elements in dark mode in a case where dark color was used as a branch color.
