everything is fine except the user interface. it's horrible; choosing specific batches to enroll, customising notifications for a specific batch (it sends too many notifications of which maximum is useless), to know if a class of a specific topic has been done or not I have to open that exact topic of that subject only then I can tell, on the topic chart it says how many classes will be done instead it could be how many of how many has been done. these things need to be improved.

The biggest problem with this batch is that the syllabus is not completed in any batch and the support team is very useless. It is very difficult to use its app as well. Many videos of the class are being shown soon. My experience is being very useless with this app. Now I don't have time to study from anywhere else, I don't have money 😑🙏

I am not willing to give even 1 star! first, I put an order for a printed bilingual book(thinking I will get english content any way), but the preview pdf I received after showed only bilingual questions and theory in hindi only. so, according to their policy, I wrote to them within 24 hrs and before being dispatched, to get a different book instead but they didn't respond to my email and now they are saying book has been dispatched and can't be exchanged. money and expectations down the drain.
