excellent perfumes but, very bad service by adilqadri. i ordered their trial pack to try thier 10 perfume. but when i received ordered 2 perfume were missing. Also thier App is so irritating once you open the the product page you cant slide and see all the image it directs you to 1st page again. its very irritating. very unprofessional. i will never order from Adilqadri. i would say bella vita is more professional in this case

I received my order today. But I had ordered 3 pieces, and I received only 2 pieces. I had also complained about this earlier, but I haven’t received any response yet. Please resolve this issue quickly and either send me the missing piece or refund the amount for it. I filed a complaint on the same day I placed the order, but the customer service is the worst. There has been no response. I sent an email but got no answer. There is no response on WhatsApp either. It’s a total fraud.

worst ever experience totally unprofessional slow delivery takes 10 to 15 days to deliver order which has been prepaid. always go for cash on delivery. after approx 10 days I haven't been delivered my order.
