doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy s7 keeps locking up

I have a samsung s7, with verizon. Even with 4g or on wifi, it wont play music live. Whats the point of the app if you cant listen live?

I travel and love listening when I am at home. But traveling, Progressive and Home Depot ads repeat-EXCESSIVELY! Sometimes over and over like a skipping record. Happens frequently. Can this be fixed?
