Can't order because you can't search or use location services, rewards doesn't work and doesn't register orders. The app is totally useless

Location service does not appear to work at all. Standing in front of a location in NYC, and it claims the nearest one is in northern NY state.

Ordered 3 drinks thru the app today, obviously in order to grt the FFXIV keychain, when I go to pick it up, there is a line outside, I am then told that online drinks is not allowed to get it, which is confusing, this is their 2nd batch of keychains, the first time app orders were allowed. Their reason was to "make it fair", making a rule of app orders not being allowed to participate is not being fair, being fair is that if they ran out before I picked it up. Definitely, the app is a scam.
