Hello I have an issue as I have helix gusto smart band 2.0 and there is a issue that when I try to pair my watch it doesn't show the watch on the screen but when I go to Bluetooth settings it shows the watch there but I can't connect it through the app after resetting my network settings too. I am not able to pair the band to my phone and not able to sync the date and time. kindly try to fix the issue in the app.

Really disappointed, always gets disconnected, if you want to connect again, need to reset the complete network settings. Really wasted 4k to buy this smart watch.

The app is good but I don't know why the camera option is there in this app. Whenever I click to that option nothing happens and that's why I couldn't use that feature. It's really a disgusting experience that I encountered in this app.
