Each workout at the sports club "Impulse Sport" is a combination of an advanced method of functional training, many years of experience of trainers and a pinch of self-love.
Instead of the same type of programs, we have developed functional workouts that are aimed at comprehensive muscle strengthening, figure and posture correction.
