So I ordered a standing mirror 1 month ago and despite me having to pay more, I thought it's better to buy from the source only my mistake. My first question why ask us to choose our preferred date if you cannot fulfill it, then got a call telling me it would arrive on 26th, they called once and marked as me being unavailable despite their email saying there are no predelivery calls. Then they said 7th October, didn't happen. I had to reach out to them and inform them no delivery. Emailed also.

Useless app. added product to cart and on the payment page it's saying that product is not available. i already bought gift cards for payment. pathetic. don't use this app at all. beware.

I had a very poor and disappointing experience with the delivery agent. He gave just a single ring and immediately marked the order as "Customer not available" without making a proper delivery attempt. When I contacted him to ask about the delay and the false status update, he responded rudely and used abusive and vulgar language.
