Blue Marin Site Management was established in 2009 by Nazlı Şefkatlıoğlu Yalçın in order to meet all these needs.

As a System Analyst, Nazlı Şefkatlıoğlu Yalçın has installed computer systems for many large industrial companies and provided training on these systems for more than 20 years. He saw that the site management process would also benefit the residents and neighborly relations with an effective system, and he applied his professional experience in system installation to this area.
