The app stopped working yesterday. When I open it, it gets stuck on the splash screen. Please help. Using from USA for a property in Turkey.

1 - The application stopped working since three days ago. I use once a week. 2 - can an x employee have access to all accounts? I have a prove in apysion which be opened it since then my account disapear? Please help me
