This chart (in excel file) can be viewed in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Numbers Application in Mac as well.
3. Shows Graphical View of Principal and Interest amount change according to the tenure.

Simply a great app for calculating mortgage payment. Great job done. I love it. The app will be greater if you could please summarize the total for the end of each year's columns. For example, "year 2020 total" how much you pay for principal, interest and total monthly payments etc. I think that is the only feature missing. Thanks for making this app. And also your willingness to listen to making it even better

Best App to calculate EMI, it's simple and direct on point. I like the profile saving option as I don't need to remember and keep track of different EMI and it's details, once it's entered it can be saved for later. Also useful if one want to compare different loan options with the help Compare options. Thanks to Developers.

Very good..... Dear Team I need a bit help and it will be kind of upgradation in the app....so you all can treat this as a suggestion also. Whenever a bank interest rate is cut, it effects the interest portion or the tenure. Kindly do the needful to inculcate both effects. Like after a interest rate cut, if the emi doesn't get changed and the tenure is changed, we can see this in presentation. It would be kind of your team, if the same can be done. Thank you.
