Instant Onboarding
The goal is to simplify the investment process for new users, making it easy to create and access various investment opportunities, using the required minimal information.

User Profile Upgrade
Existing users with a Basic account (created with minimal information) can upgrade to a Premium account by simply uploading specific KYC documents on the app at their convenience. This enables them to unlock and enjoy larger investment opportunities and limitless transactions.

Ratings and reviews

Useful app but, has had too many glitches in recent times. It is not updating values correctly most of the time these days. Also, you removed the pension funds access options. It is ill-advised if ARM is still part of the AccessArm pensions company. I want to have all of that in one app, which was the beauty of the app. Please, fix the issues.

I topped up my M. market account recently through the mobile application and the corresponding value is yet to update with my balance on the web portal. Although I can view the transaction on the mobile app, but the value was separated from my main balance. I even tried to initiate a withdrawal of the amount on that separated account but I got an error message that says the account number is incorrect. I really don't know if this is as a result of the mobile update but its stressing my out.

The experience was awful most especially the stock trading menu. OMG,the trading experience is not what I will refer to anyone to have. orders would be rejected or cancelled,but the fund will not be in the account for utilisation. I am now telling myself 'The demon you knew is better than the Angel you do not know'. I would have remained with my Primary broker,my idea of having another account via this app is frustrating my portfolio.
