The app is pretty easy to use. I just wish they had integrations with more streaming services besides Deezer. June '24 Update: They've slowly made the app work worse and worse. 1. First attempting to adjust the volume from the phone resets it to 0 and you have to bump it up from there, rather than adjusting relative to what the volume was. 2. The redesigned sound modes are a complete train wreck. What happens when you're using them is a complete roll of a dice.

app is marginal for people who are so into high end music finally un-installed today after the 6/17 update - my a5s in stereo sound better without the ap. ap plays at two levels between speakers and is finicky. As for the B&O response. Written them several times to no response. The hardware (A5s) are great - but the ap causes more issues than it helps. I suggest B&O just perfect the ap and not attempt to be the music source. If you touch the ap easily an hour of reinstalls.

Downloaded app to use my Beoplay EX earbuds. Coming from Sennheiser, this app lacks the ability to customize touch controls. More importantly, the app is unusuable without location access. I cannot add products or use the basic app controls for my earbuds after trying to reconnect my product to the app. My current situation disallows me from using location services.

Hi Franklin! Regrettably, the app doesn't support customizing touch controls, we'll forward your feedback to our development team. Also, Android requires location permission for Bluetooth Low Energy to connect to your device, unlike iOS, it is not required. Rest assured, we do not collect any information.
