mobile tan system is super glitchy. after you attempt to log in on your desktop, you are asked to supply the mobile TAN. Great, except when the app tells you there are new notifications in your "TAN & Notification inbox," when you enter it, nothing awaits you and you can't complete the process. every time I log in, I just cross my fingers that the TAN will arrive this time. Sometimes you're lucky. Sometimes you're not. It's very frustrating.

This is definitely not the expected behavior, is it possible that the device is in energy saving mode or that the app is not allowed to receive background messages? We kindly ask you to contact us via e-mail to mobile.feedback@unicreditgroup.at. We'd like to look into the topic.

After the new update the app has lost a lot of functionalities. The most important one being the ability to create a pdf of a payment, or a pdf for anything really. The tutorial is useless and doesn't show you anything important or relevant to how to find the functions you need. What a shame, every update breaks the app even more.

Dear Mr. Jaramillo! The PDF Download is available right after signing on the confirmation screen. The PDF download icon is in the top right corner. It might be covered by the Push-TAN text, that you can close after signing. It is planned to bring the PDF download also in the order archive with our next update. Best regards Mobile Team

The App is not updating the current sold after transactions. I need to wait up to 1-2 days to have my amount Updated. For ex. I transfered today money in my saving Account and after 15 hours I still don't see this transactions processed. And sometimes I repeat it to make sure it worked. Or another example: I do shopping online or in the store, I pay by card but it takes more than 1 day to see the money deducted from my account or to see the transactions listed in my app. This is very annoying.

Die Buchungen erfolgen nur Werktags von ca. 07:00 bis 17:00 Uhr und nicht in Echtzeit. Bei Eigenüberträgen wird Ihnen der Betrag aber sofort am anderen Konto zur Verfügung gestellt, auch wenn die Buchung erst später erfolgt. Zu ersehen ist dies am Disposaldo. Im Auftragsarchiv können Sie bestehende Zahlungen abfragen.
