keeps crashing very frustrating garbageware app for a bank that charges way too much for such poor service edit: lol at their response, ofc I'll meld myself right away when the app stops crashing. also this is the second time I've had to go in person to a erstebank location to trouble shoot this app.

The banking app stops working after updates, it's just stuck on the 'g' starting loading screen. Last time I tried to fix this by uninstalling and reinstalling, but the app deleted my account and I had to physically go to the bank to get a new activation code. Am I supposed to do this every month now?!?!? What if I can't run to a bank, like weekends, traveling? Can't log in via browser either because it requires approval from this same broken app! No way to access my account or see my finances!

I love the app. every detail about my account is inside. it also helped me to change my ATM card when it got missing. I love this bank
