It doesn’t matter whether it’s knee pain or an aching back: you need training to ensure your body can regenerate and stay mobile. You need to be active! This is where the Bauerfeind Training App comes in. Our trainer motivates you to be proactive and do something to improve your health.

All exercises will be explained in detail using videos. The app will tell you every time how long you should be doing each exercise. You will also get useful information about how to make the most of your Bauerfeind product.
