I joined, paid the yearly fee, and I'm still locked out of courses. It says I'm a member but there was a problem with my payment. Then I check my credit card receipt and see SEVERAL Body Groove payments pending. So I was charged more than once but can't access any of the classes. Just waiting for customer support to get back to me, but signing up and paying for a service shouldn't be this difficult. I really hope I'm refunded for the extra charges.

The app is easy to use. I would love to see some kind of gamification occur after finishing a workout (how many times I've done a specific workout for example). I love the little snippet videos and the longer workouts that combine them together. I love how I feel during each work out that I attempt. The assurance that there's no wrong way to attempt different moves and expressions goes a really long way. I am not worried about form or appearance or looking ridiculous. Love it, will def renew!!!

This app is a wonderful way to access Body Groove excercise videos. It's easy to navigate and you can access all videos at anytime. I haven't had any technical issues; everything has worked seamlessly. As for Body Groove - it's the only excercise/wellness program that allows you to be human, real, and forgiving of yourself. After dancing with Misty and the others in the videos, I feel beautiful. No other workout has ever done that. Ever.
