About this app

How well would you score on the United States Air Force Physical Fitness Assessment? Use this app to find out!

No ads, no nags, just a score to help you gauge your fitness and meet your goals.

The Air Force Fitness Assessment consists of four parts: a waist measurement, 1 minute of pushups, 1 minute of situps, and a timed 1.5 mile run. Official scores are computed using worksheets found in the attachments to AFI 36-2905. This app uses data from the most recent version of those worksheets (dated Aug 2013). *NEW: Version 1.1 of the app uses the worksheets posted May 2021.*

Every attempt has been made to make the scores generated accurate and useful, but this app is completely unofficial and without any sort of warranty. This app does not account for exemptions or include the 2 km walk option (but it does include a link to the website where you can download the worksheets and the AFI).

Free, and open source under the MIT license.

UPDATE OCT 22: Useless without an update for the new standards! // Good app, easy to use. A nice feature would be a calculator for what score is needed for component(s) to reach a target score!

This app doesn't (and may never) include the updated fitness testing options. The scores the app provides are up to date, though, should you choose to use the traditional testing options.

This app doesn't calculate scores with component exemptions so it's not a complete calculator. Save phone space; just download your age score sheet and using your built-in calculator.

Works good, however not up to date with new pt requirements/ new pt excercises and their scoring. Would also be helpful to include the charts in the app
