Present your City Rewards physical card or City Rewards app when you make a purchase at participating stores to earn points, enjoy exclusive promotions or member discounts.
Points accumulated can also be used to offset your next purchase as a cash equivalent. Do note that the points will expire after a year at the end of the equivalent month in which they were earned.
If you forget to bring your card or phone, you can simply provide your mobile phone number, NRC number (for Myanmar citizens) or Passport number (for other nationals) to earn points or enjoy member promotions and discounts. You will not be able to redeem points without presenting your physical card or app to protect your interest.

I can't open the account. When I reach the step to enter the NRC, the app crashes. Even when I call customer service, no one answers regardless of when I call. What great service!

Since the app is logged out, I can't sign in again till today. Although I went to the service desk of Thamine City Mart, they also couldn't fix it work again. I have about 2,000 points left, and I have lost a lot of points for the vouchers I bought later.

Stupid app. I can't login because it said the account is already login on other device. In fact, I already uninstall the app on other device and I have no way to log out of there. It should automatically delete old session and let me login on new device. I can't believe this issue does exist. I guess IQ of app developer must be below 60.
