This is a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I placed an order using a promo code because the item was clearly shown as in stock. After waiting 3–4 days with no notification, City Mall Online canceled my order without any explanation. Because of their cancellation, my promo code is now unusable. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. Listing items as available and then canceling orders without notice shows poor service and no respect for customers’ time or trust.

You said the items were in stock, so I placed the order. But when it was time for delivery, you told me they were out of stock and removed them. The promotion was not fully applied, and the information keeps changing. When I ask, you say one thing, but when delivering, it’s different. This is very poor service. I ordered during the promotion, didn’t receive all the items, and still had to pay extra money. This is not fair.

The app showed the item was in stock, so I placed an order using the 1-hour express delivery service. However, after waiting for 3.5 hours, I received a call saying the item was actually out of stock and my order was canceled. It is very disappointing to wait so long for nothing. The inventory system needs to be updated accurately. This was a waste of time and a bad experience.
