Ratings and reviews

Update 11/01/24: Thank you for doing the most recent update. It fixed all my problems I was having. App is working perfectly again so I am changing my 1 star to a 5 star. 😊 Original: App used to work great. Now, not so much. I can't do any of the learn and earn rewards. It tells me the campaign is no longer available but I get emails telling me to get on and do them. I have to completely close the app out. Also, app randomly crashes in the middle of moving money from one wallet to the other!

I had Robinhood setup in 10 minutes to start trading and moving funds. I've had this app for two weeks, still can't confirm my bank, asked me for my license twice, Ive submitted it and it still wants it again, and they withdrew money from my debit account for zero reason (can take money but not verify my account) and never returned it (glad it was only $2). I'm not impressed with this experience at all.

This app is great when it works. Sadly it likes to randomly get stuck thinking (you know, the circle that spins while you're waiting for something to load) often. I will click on a coin and look at info, no issues at all, I click on the next coin and it gets stuck thinking, nothing will load. It's frustrating. It happens when looking at coins, it happens when wanting to move stuff to my wallet, it happens when wanting to sell. Super annoying to say the least.
