Probably the most difficult app to use. Doesn't take my log in info usually and when it does it does not take my student card or my debit card saying both that they are incorrect. It does not offer a full menu either many Starbucks drinks are missing. Very disappointed and this app has caused me so much stress. Since I can't get it to work, I have very little time to eat in between classes because I have to order it in person and wait in lines.

We're sorry to hear about the issues when adding your campus card & debit to Boost. Our care team can assist but we need some more information! If you submit a help request via Account > Help we can investigate and get you back to online ordering. We can also pass feedback to your campus re: starbucks menus if we know which school you're at.

App crashes as soon as it opens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I've even restarted my phone but no matter what I've done nothing changes. I can't scroll down or select a restaurant without it freezing or crashing. It's a shame because some of the restaurants on my campus are only accessible via the app.

There is a new version out v8.15.1 which may resolve your specific issue. More updates will appear in the app store so stay tuned! Works great when it works, but there have been times where I set the pickup time for after class is over, but get the notification much earlier, so the 15 minute window is already up, and there's been other times where it won't change the status to ready for pickup so it's stuck in the cubby, and it never being picked up in the first place, so I have to go up to the counter to ask for the bag and other times the app just gets stuck on a grey screen and won't let me do anything. It's frustrating.
