Absolute dumpster fire of an app and UI. When you add something to the basket to order, it just sometimes decides not to go there automatically. It makes you enter your phone# and order location every time and when you update info it says "processing order" even though its just taking 10sec to add said phone#. Sometimes it says there was an error and it couldn't add the item to the basket, but when it finally goes to the basket, there are multiple items. Stuck using it at work. 0 stars.

The app over all is terrible. It's consistently either down or they are "working on an issue". They never tell you when they're servers down or when they are planning to shut them down, untill you try getting something. Moreover the barcode feature constantly disappeares or it just straight up doesn't work, saying that it couldn't scan the item. I don't get how an app that's supposed to help people get food fast and conveniently, is so poorly made, might as well buy the item at the cash register

So far, I'm not having any issues with the app. It seems to be fairly intuitive, and once you enter your billing information, placing an order is fairly quick and easy. One thing to note; it appeared the app was "double billing" my debit card for each order I placed. I contacted the apps' support team and they said it was the result of the "pre-authorization" process to verify the funds were available, and that the additional "pending charge" would go away in a couple of days. Not unusual.
