App is incompatible with the current versions (and drivers) of the various sound blaster software. Ive sent a few emails to creative asking about if this is being updated, or if they would be willing to just put the source code up so I and others can fix it. It's been 2 months and no response. Its abandonware at this point.

Really unhappy, this feature doesnt work via LAN or WiFi. Creative don't ask me to send your support a ticket as they just gave up and couldnt fix it either. This is a scam, why sell a feature that doesn't work? Your support exists but unable to offer a solution. Support just told me it just doesn't work on some setups despite my setup being a generic Win10 gaming system. This is poor service and a poor useless feature.

App used to work fine with my desktop on Windows 10 and AE-5 sound card. It will not connect anymore even when Scout Mode is enabled on the PC and phone is on the same Wifi network. Almost impossible to find help on Creative's website or forums. It's possible the app was broken with newer sound card drivers from last year or Windows Update, but this app and PC drivers haven't been updated in a long time.
