My bandwidth speed at home is over 100 megabits per second. I have been trying repetitively over and over to try to change my watch face style to a preferred style. The app keeps loading then towards the end it stops loading Dennis place for me to abort or retry. I have done several attempts retrying and it still will not load my preferred watch style face. so yeah this app still sucks. By the way if there was a different app besides hero band 3 that I could use with my SmartWatch I would !!!

Edit: "Find Device" in the app does not work. Location Access Permission is set to "Always On", but its pointless considering it doesn't give you any details of its last location. I lost it somewhere in my house yesterday & I only know that it's here somewhere bc its connected to my phones BT right now. If I lost it outside of my house, I would have no chance of finding it bc despite location permission always being on, there are no logs of any of its locations. App says its "Connected 60%"

*edit* Worked for maybe a week. Now it doesn't track my sleep which was a big reason I wanted a smart watch. It doesn't alert me to messages. Will be sending back and looking for something different. For the price it works well. Does what I wanted it for. My only negative is that the vibration when a notification comes is is almost non existent. I would like a little string vibration. I don't always feel it.
