Hero App intends to enable differentiated customer experience through In Context messaging , Personalization ,Different services basis customer tier etc.. You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like:

Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number.

Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details.

Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location.

Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request.

Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications.

Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance.

You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him.

I bought Hero pleasure xtec connect. When huge companies like HERO come up with app there is an expectation that it will work in a seamless manner. Hero app is one of those apps where look and feel is super but the functioning never works. Vehicle tracking will keep loading for a lot of time with no result. Bluetooth connectivity is also not seamless. There is no trip data collected. Fuel meter & odometer never updates in the app. The sos notification is not sending any message.

The Hero app has great potential, but unfortunately, it falls short due to persistent Bluetooth connectivity issues with my Xpulse 200 4v. As an avid rider, I rely on this app to enhance my biking experience, but the constant disconnection of Bluetooth disrupts the flow of my rides. It's frustrating to have to frequently stop to reconnect, especially when trying to maintain momentum. I hope the developers address this issue soon, as it significantly impacts the app's usability and reliability.

Totally waste, Not customer oriented, bad service. Booked service in this app and visited Kadavanthra,Ernakulam. They didn't accepted app booking instead they wanted me to call their showroom number and book. Then why should I use app. None of the features in app are useful. Servcie also worst they handle vehicle carelessly, I get new scratches all over and start rusting. About Xpuls bike, most annoying thing is seat comfort, tail bone pain since 6 months back due to 100KM ride with break.
