Moved from BT sport and was annoyed at having to log into the platform every time I want to use the app on my Nvidia shield tv - because having an email as a username is tedious when entering on a remote control. I am informed by the support team after repeated attempts to get the information that "At discovery+, we don't have an option to stay logged in to the account" - their words not mine.

Came to this app after Warner closed GCN+. That wasn't a great streaming app, but this one is worse. To get to your favorite sport, you have to always navigate through the home screen. Then, when you are watching catch up, there is no continue watching. And now they have updated to provide coverage of the Olympics, and the cycling page is more a clock further away, and the content has gone. Even when you search, there is a whole load of stuff missing. A terrible experience

Content is fine but the app functionality is terrible, if there was another option to watch the cycling I'd be using that instead. Doesn't work with chromecast very well, impossible to scroll time-line while program is still live and don't get me started on the ads every 10min during on demand programming. Would use on xbox as alternative but for some reason it's not available in ire/uk. When the tour is over I'll be dropping it.
