Great idea for an app. Keeps crashing and lags out quite often. Can be very frustrating to deal with. It's only preseason right now, but i imagine if this carries into regular season the developers might be in some hot water... Unfortunately this is the only way to get Sunday Ticket. Time to figure out how to make it work!

Downloaded and signed up for trial. Buffering on live events .. NFL Network out of synch. Previous games slow loading. Won't be going through with the full year. And don't respond dazn to my review as it's not my internrt, everything else is flawless that I subscribe to. It's your service. Add more servers or whatever needs to be done to fix your service as even reading reviews from other countries you've been in for a year I'm reading having the same issues

Complete waste of time. I'm sitting in my house in Canada, but DAZN indicates that I am not in a location where DAZN is available. Can't log into my account, so here I am on Sunday afternoon unable to watch NFL - which is the only reason I signed up for the service.

I've had NFL Game Pass, so I'm use to streaming from the computer or cell phone. I use Chromecast and stream from DAZN'S app on my cell phone to my 4K 65" HDTV. The service is great!! The price for NFL Outstanding!!! Plus they throw in all the other sports they stream. Awesome stuff DAZN

Not casting to chrome cast or it would be 4 stars (5 if they manage to get more content in canada like NHL). Quality looks good, I like the DAZN "commercials" which are just interviews with players, and you can watch league play you missed if it is on late or early morning.

Just tried it on Chromecast and Samsung smart TV, works good. Only complaint is that the translucent info screen keeps popping up momentarily during playback. Would be nice to get an android app update to add a link to access condensed games!

Tried it for the free month, cancelled in 10 days, and just stopped trying to watch anything with it in 12 days. I can't believe someone would try to charge money for this trash. The "HD" video is choppy, and not even close to HD, and it would be pushing it to even call it SD.

Common... Really? If you're going to buy the exclusive rights to the NFL, your stuff better be bullet proof. This app is so so. Would be a nice second option, but as my only possible way to watch rezone, I'm very disappointed with the service. Lags, buffers, sound cuts in and out. No good guys. Fix this now.

Pure garbage stream for Chromecast. They ruined NFL GAMEPASS by not carrying over many features. They removed network feeds and placed the ads stupid and repetitive DAZN timeouts. Wish I could give it zero stars. Their name and slogan are also terrible. Sounds like something Donald Trump would come up with.

I've been trying really hard to like this app but it is very disappointing for Canadians wanting to watch NFL, DAZN is not supported for many android streaming boxes as per Google Play store. My Samsung TV freezes and drops sound constantly while using DAZN, my network is fine for all other streaming apps and hardware. WiFi signal very strong. Data at 9.14Mbps. Leads me to believe the issue is with this app.

Paid for 1 year sub. App works on phone but not on android tv box. Attempted support and was simply told to get a different device. I have since tried a different android tv box with a newer version of android and play store says app is not compatible. Browser playback simply directs to use app. Running in circles here.

This service it is absolutely terrible. I've tried it on multiple platforms. All you ever get is pixelated images no matter what speed of internet connection you have. Money is better spent subscribing to sports packages through a cable provider.

Probably the most terrible streaming app I have ever used. The user interface could not be any more counterintuitive and the video quality is bad. Well, of course that is, IF it happens to be one of those times the app doesn't crash..

Really bad app. I have many problems about things that shouldn't be problem. First off there are many audio sync problems, completely unacceptable. Secondly, there are no options for anything from video quality to language. Thirdly, related to options, there is no way to change audio language, I want to keep it in English, especially since source is English. Fourthly, there are ads for its own service which play over interviews, many people want to watch interviews, not see ads for a service I AM ALREADY USING! Those are my major complaints, things that many other services dont have, they clearly don't understand who their audience is or care about the content they provide.

Can't believe I have to watch nfl on this app. It is garbage. Buffers. Horrible sound and picture. And don't change the game ur watching I get an error every time and have to restart the app. HORRIBLE!!!! thanks for ruining football this season!!! Definitely getting IPTV so I don't need this app

Fast forward button bugs out and forces you to watch commercials. Hd quality is good but lags out often. A lot of other bugs while logging in or switching game feeds. For a product that requires a lot of money to have, it needs fixed.

Read all the negative reviews but decided to try it for the free trial period. So far works perfectly for me. I'm streaming from Google pixel XL phone to a Chromecast Ultra and picture is very sharp with no buffering or lagging.

Had NFL Gamepass for two years with no problems. Signed up for this service have had two problems in two days. Able to load in Android Box but can't watch anything get the same issue many others have mentioned. Worked on phone one day next day sign in issues. Foresee this app giving me nothing but problems. Needs to be updated and fixed ASAP.

*update Stream quality has gotten better, though I was logged out between games on Sunday, so that was annoying. Keep working out the kinks So far, I'm very disappointed with this service. The picture quality is often terrible- regardless of internet speed- and that's if the stream is even working. I gave up trying to watch a preseason game because it was looping the same section over and over again. This happened on both my phone and on through my computer. If there were ANY other option, I would opt for that instead of this trash. I will update my review if the service improves.

TERRIBLE APP!! Unable to log back into my android. Tried it during the so-called free trial period watching NFL Preseason and it seemed to be working moderately at best. I was able to cast from my iphone to tv with no problem. Unable to do that now. First sunday of NFL season was a disaster. Contacted DAZN and asked for full refund but they refused. I am going to have to go higher to get results, VERY DISAPPOINTED in app and customer service.

Frame rate and picture quality are horrible. Sent a complaint email and was told that preseason football and nfl network have less than 30 fps. How on earth can nfl allow this? Too bad we are stuck with a single option for nfl in Canada.

Chromecast support is awful. App either doesn't show chromecast is detected or once you do get it to show up streams won't load. Not a chromecast issue as it works with literally every other app. Bad loading times as well in general. Can't believe this is the only option in Canada. Garbage.

Works great on my X-box. My old chromecast is too old - freezes and jerky motion. I guess you need a new version ChromeCast for high speed wifi. Otherwise XBox, hard wired - it works perfect.

Everyone with a negative review on this app must have a terrible internet connection. Im watching this straight off the app on my smart tv in HD. No lagging/buffering. Just made my 2017/18 NFL season!

Let me start off by saying I never write reviews. Had Game pass a few years ago, wasn't a fan, always jerky. Was hoping streaming sports a few years later would be better, but more of the same, jerky/choppy. Not my internet, I stream 4k no problem from YouTube and Netflix. Hated giving Bell more money for Sunday Ticket in Canada but the service was at least reliable. Upset DAZN is my only option for all the games and shocked the NFL signed off on this. Feel like a guinea pig, like they're working out the kinks on Canada before they roll it out in the US.

Way to ruin NFL game pass DAZN, was more than happy paying more money for a better and more reliable service. So unfortunate Canadians can't resubscribe to the old game pass, it's only week 1 and it already feels like this is going to ruin the entire season. Not every game gets condensed and some won't even load. Awful awful awful!

Cannot stream anything directly from phone, only while casting or on a laptop, which significantly affects practicality. Resolution is at most 720p no matter the device or internet connection. Playback sometimes lags then speeds up to catch-up. Also, it starts right at kickoff (no pregame programming at all) and sometimes ends seconds before the end of the game (which can have a huge impact). Ads are replaced with terrible music or stupid DAZN ads and interview clips. I'm stuck with it since its the only place to get NFL gamepass in Canada.

App seems erratic. Sometimes it works fine.. but tonight half way through nfl preseason game it kept dropping the signal.First half of game it was fine. Then gave uo because couldn't keep signal. Using Google pixel with Chromecast.

the app itself works fine even though I ran into login errors from time to time. however the biggest problem is that the picture stutters quite a bit when streaming to your TV via Chromecast. I have no issues streaming directly from my PC to my TV and I have no issues streaming via other apps. so not sure what the problem is here.

Same thing as others have posted, video won't stream, says network error. All my other apps work fine. Customer service tried to blame the 'many versions' of Android. Too bad could good if they got the tech right before rolling it out.

Video just simply won't load on my phone period. All I get is audio and a black screen. DAZN also won't work on my Android TV box, stays in portrait mode and won't go full screen. DAZN doesn't have a Xbox one app available for Canada, using the Microsoft edge browser on my Xbox also fails to load. I've only got this to work on my laptop using the edge browser for Windows 10. The fact that this application failed on so many different devices tells me that the development team is very weak at best. App is bare bones, if this app doesn't drastically improve, I'll be sure to cancel before my 1 year payment goes through. Awful interface, lacking so much.

nfl fans in canada: we should voice our concerns to NFL head office somehow about this garbage service and unsubscribe before the season starts (if...they even care about us Canadians...). Slow, choppy framerate and absolutely horrific sound when streaming from phone to tv. Was much, much happier with Sunday Ticket offered through Rogers Sports Pack. Very dissappointed. Not worth my hard earned dollars.

Bad latency. Sometimes 2 minute delay on live broadcast. Constant errors when switching games. Sometimes the game assignment is incorrect window. Didn't have first 4 minutes of Bills game. Boo urns. Update week 2: App not launching games, having "something's gone wrong. Try again" messages. Have to force close app and reload. Still has a 2 min delay from live broadcast

The tv shows seem to be high quality resolution but frame jumps a lot on the Chromecast. The games are smooth playback but the resolution clearly isn't great. Very fuzzy. I've had NFL game center before and used Kodi and I've always had way better quality than this. Definitely needs to be corrected. Also ability to cast seems to have been lost

Almost there. Not bad for a first release, but Chromecast support is pretty choppy specifically with audio and buffering. I don't mind the commercials as they're football focused. If Chromecast support was tightened up I'd increase my rating.

First NFL game of the season and has trouble connecting, Chromecast buffering and drops connection. Game won't reconnect to Chromecast but other things do. Worried now about rest of season. Not very impressed.

You guys are arrogant to NFL fans needs. We are constantly switching between games and enjoy the speed of cable. More importantly I have 5 tvs in 1 room for Sunday football. As do many others who enjoy watching multiple games at once. Have ypu considered this? The feed is already choppy with one, my high speed internet isnt going to be able to handle 5 televisions. Thanks for ruining Sundays DAZN. Share the rights with Rogers!

Great idea.. but it lags hard over Chromecast during live games. I have 3 diff streaming apps and this is the only one that lags.. would like to see faster servers or whatever the problem is

Pixel XL, trying to stream to Chromecast gen 1 and this app crashes immediately upon connecting. Bought Chromecast ultra and it works better but the app is still buggy and won't consistently play content. Hope they fix this soon!
