Ratings and reviews

The budget control and virtual cards are excellent, but the app (the main means of use) keeps getting worse since it became Bill. 1. The app no longer uploads receipts from Google Drive via Android's built-in file manager. I get an "Oh no" error every time. Support from Bill was useless. 2. Whenever a card is edited, the limits for it go completely haywire. Happy to change this review once these are fixed. When it works, the combined approval, logging, and tracking system is groundbreaking.

The app mostly does what I need it to. But there's so much functionality from the website that just isn't in the app, for example, managing people, filtering transactions, and viewing reports. In addition, the app is just so slow. When I tap a notification to categorize the purchase, I have to log in (every time) it then loads like three different pages, one after another, before it loads the page to categorize the purchase. From a UX standpoint, this is just awful and uncomfortable to use.

The current version of this application is constantly crashing, past versions had search bars that didn't work and other broken functionality like difficulty uploading receipts or saving details on transactions when using lte cellular network. Maybe by 2022 divvy can figure out how to build a good app. Edit: installed new update, we'll see how it is now. Update: still crashing
