Disheartening... this is now the 3rd check-in on the app. When taking the photos, the app freezes. The worst part is that, you're told your progress is saved, but it's not. You have to take 5 photos from different angles (not an easy feat either) and when the app freezes, you have to start ALL OVER AGAIN! This is my 3rd check-in and the app has not worked correctly on all occasions. I had to share a review because this time I tried to complete photos 4 times!!! Still... nothing saved! Please fix

My experience with the app has been awful!! When I check in it never saves the pictures I take. For some reason it asks for the photos without the aligners on last??? Meaning I have to take off my aligners which is very uncomfortable. This is after 10 minutes of trying to take pictures of the top my teeth with the aligners on? Also it never saves my check in for using my hyperbyte. I'll literally click it everyday and it un-clicks itself so I just dont bother anymore.

App would be useful if it worked. Glitchy/buggy. Try to update hyperbyte usage and it won't save, just keeps undoing what I've selected and reloading screen over and over. Initially told me my next check in was in a month, second day of just second week it kept insisting it was time for check in. The day after that it told me it was time to switch aligners again after I literally just started wearing week 2. App is very frustrating. Also your marketing and package design needs revision.
