"This is really disappointing! Dot & Key had a Buy 1 Get 1 offer, and it was clearly mentioned that if you buy 2 products, you will also get 1 mini free. That means I should have received 4 full-size products + 1 mini. I ordered 4 products and paid for 2, but in the delivery I only received 3 products and 1 mini. One product is missing! This feels like a scam. I only ordered because the offer seemed affordable.Please resolve this issue and send my product,otherwise you are losing customers trust

As good their products are, their customer service is downright pathetic. It's been more than 15 days since I had an order delivered from them, and they delivered the wrong products, completely different from what I had ordered. I paid 900 rupees for it and they haven't yet sent me the correct order. Their WhatsApp chat support assures that it shall be delivered soon, but it's been 15 days, call doesn't get through, and only automated reverts over email. I do not understand what to do next.

Absolutely useless app, I order some very expensive products, some COD and some prepaid, at first they kept delaying the estimated delivery date continuously when I complained, they assured me that they will deliver my order immediately, after a few days when I complained again they told me that my order was cancelled due to their own problems. I don't know when my money will be refunded. Nothing can be tracked in this app.
