Ratings and reviews

The app is extremely slow and buggy. I just found myself in that stupid moment where the app update doesn't add ANY performance. Bugs when using the "Back" buttons nearly everywhere and again - very slow. I sometimes go for the web version on my smartphone just cause I don't wanna wait for the app to load. Not really user-friendly, cause you can't order anything quickly/on the go.

The app is trash, if I scroll too fast the product list jumps back to the beginning. Since a few days it also does not open anymore. I think the devil team really need help!

I love Douglas products, but the app drives me crazy... it's full of bugs, when you choose a product and want to read the ingredients or reviews, the app takes you back to the homepage and you have to start your search all over again. The problem is that it happens all the time, not occasionally. Sometimes you can't even open the app because it reports an error and recommends reloading the page, but nothing happens...
