I am very disappointed with the service I experienced today. I booked my appointment through your channeling system, but when I went to the hospital, I was informed that there was no such appointment and that e-channeling was not available. This false information wasted both my time and money, and it caused me great inconvenience. Slow and most of the times an error pops saying "exceed number of attempts " even I tried it for the first time. It should be minuses 100 stars (-100 🌟)
