the app crashes when trying to schedule telehealth messages. it gets to the same point every time and the I get thrown to the homescreen. The insurance isn't great and their online interface is confusing and frustrating at best.. and will prevent you from getting care at worst, which is where I'm at now. Save yourself and don't go with Oscar

This has the right idea, but fails in actually doing just about anything. The app always freezes, I can't even use the virtual visits because it'll freeze and crash. The care team also doesn't really know alot and they just give you a very vague answer, saying anything pertains to the specific plan you have and that's about it. They need to fix the app stat

Some parts of the app are very useful, but I can't help but be irritated by how glitchy it is overall. Every time one bug gets fixed, a new one pops up almost immediately. The latest one is that step tracking hasn't worked in months. It's hard to advertise that as a "perk" when you can't physically get it. I've even uninstalled the app just to see if a clean install fixed the problem. But no, nothing. It just won't sync my steps.
