I just downloaded this app and it will not let me in. I continually get the spinning wheel. I even tried removing the app and reinstalling it. I keep getting the spinning wheel and it never loads! 4 months later and I have received no help and as long as I have the app installed, I cannot go on the web browser. It takes me right back to the app that WON'T load! I'm really not happy with this app at all. PLEASE FIX IT.

The app barely lets me log in. I have messages on the app that I can't read because I can't log in. I've tried using the one-time email login link, biometrics, etc and it just keeps bringing me back to the login screen every time. Only other way to get on is through the website on my computer which is an inconvenience considering the app is supposed to be an easy way to get to all the info that I need. when I am able to log in the app works fine but it only happens about 10% of the time.

This app does not work well. Intermittent errors from the back end. Error messages that show a phone number but disappear if you try to select the number. I filled out 3 pages of form data before receiving a message saying I couldn't fill out the form on mobile. Just overall a really disappointing experience, I am bummed that I'll have to engage with this app regularly since they are my health insurance provider.
