I love the app, I do, but it's the fact that now, whenever I try to record a lecture, nothing works. I've tried everything, and unfortunately, I have had to abandon the app for another recording app that doesn't do as much as this one does, I can't upload and online lectures or even copy a link for it to go through I wish I could add an image but everytime I hit record and let it run it doesn't give me anything, no transcript no nothing

No way to print notes or print flash cards for study. No support on Sunday. But they do want me to buy extended recording time. UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POSTED REVIEW: I received a very prompt response from the Quick Takes team. They were able to provide the information I was looking for. The fact that they were so responsive, definitely makes this a product worth trying. Thank you Quick Takes !

The free plan does not give close to enough time (6 hours per month), even if I just wanted to use it for one of my classes. It does have many useful features and different ways of presenting the information which are very nice, but oftentimes it will focus too much on something irrelevant that the professor said, such as them discussing a project near the start of class and basing more than half of the summary on that project rather than the information that followed afterwards.
