App keeps going back to the start of the process while adjusting the markers. Saying it's frustrating it would be an understatement. Lacks the necessary precision to order prescription glasses. I get results between 64 to 66 and that's a quite big difference. Also there is no way to calibrate measurements including a ruler showing mm in the picture. The image is on the low res side making markers alignment even more imprecise. Lastly, app crashes frequently. Truly disappointing.

was a little difficult to get the alignment marks to show up in the picture. at first try I could only see the top of the rims. Second try I just cropped the top off my head off in the circle that guides where to put your face. After that it works great. I was able to verify my previous measurement done with a ruler. To the one star reviewer....read the description; simple.

It would be kind to call this app weak. Results are not repeatable, app has trouble locating marks on frames accurately. Yes, you can manually correct the locations but why should this be necessary? App needs to be able to sense and offer feedback on phone camera position as this seems to impact accuracy. Basically not very useful app as it is now.

To Whom It May Concern,
Thank you for your feedback! We offer manual correction because sometimes the environment that the picture is being taken in is not optimal. If the user has plenty of light and not much background noise, the app should be able to detect the Ts and your pupils without issue. Otherwise you can correct when not optimal.
