Stayed in the hotel for business purposes. After checking out, the bill was not sent to me. When I raised the request on their mail, they sent the bill and in the invoice one day was missing. The bill was incorrect. While calling on their contact No, no option to talk to a real person. What a pathetic service. First time experience and worst experience.

I strongly recommend not to use this app. Their after booking service is the worst you could imagine. The other main reason is that the majority of the hotels listed are not accepting the bookings from Fabhotel and they are mentioning that they are not working with Fabhotel anymore. If you still want to book, I would suggest to cross check directly with the hotel once before booking and strongly recommend to only use pay @ hotel option. If not getting back your money back is next to impossible.

The worst hotel service ever. That was the last time I had booked a hotel with fabhotels. They couldn't provide me a room even with a prepaid booking of 700 and did not even refund my booking amount. No coordination in its different dept. They lie, they deceit. If you ever get stuck in a problem, there's no way out. You might be looking for another hotel at midnight and also all your money is gone, and they obviously know nothing if my problem is not solve everyone goes to the consumer court
