it's a basic hotel rewards app and not very impressive. searching for a brand location and availability is easy. It was easy to make a reservation and check on that reservation as well. The biggest issues I have with it is you are constantly logging in via a web portal, after closing it. No digital keys and no visible link to early check in via app.

Incredibly lousy application! Very few sort options. The room details pages show only general information, some of which is incorrect, and a ridiculous, nearly useless, list of details. Only one or two photos are provided for each room. The provided phone numbers are just a row of zeros.

Very easy to use. Once location, dates, and brand has been chosen, specific info for that hotel is very detailed. I love that it even includes the state and local taxes that will be charged. Taxation without representation can get pretty egregious in some locals.
