On 11th September I searched the hotel nearly an hour by auto and car but I won't able to found, your hotel place is not in proper location that is the reason no body knows the name and place. Even there is no contact number. I visited to your one hotel name fab west inn and asked the security for fab Mumbai inn but he also don't know the place. That is the reason I cancelled the booking. Request if possible please refund my money as a booking i paid. But I received the reply it is not possibl

It's the worst service. Through the app, I booked a hotel for September 28th at Olive Residency. When I visited directly, the receptionist told me that they are not accepting online bookings. I've tried to contact your customer multiple times, but they haven't responded. I've also sent an email, but it's been 5 days and there hasn't been any update

One of the worst hotel services provided i had ever experienced. Issues toh itne hai just not want to mention as not enough time to waste on these worst services chains. I only want to say this is my 3rd or 4th time experience with this hotel chain and every time i feel like why i booked the hotel through this platform.Highly disappointed with the services and resolutions provided by them. I only want to say if u have enough money and time to waste then only take services from this chain.
