Unlike so much of the clutter out there today, this app really did seem to focus on me from the beginning. It didn't just give me a weight loss plan I could choose to follow or not. It offered so many different options and resources and ideas to create something new--something that's actually manageable and realistic for my crazy schedule/life. Definitely worth checking!!

This app is a game-changer when it comes to optimizing your weight and health. The developera have taken their combined experience of losing A LOT of weight and synthesized exactly what they did to make weight loss not just about changing your diet...but creating a new mental diet - your behaviors, thoughts, feelings etc. The key to weight loss is changing the underlying emotions and behaviors which developers have addressed both personally and in their app. I highly recommend this app to anyone
