WAS a good app for buying and selling used and new goods. But the sales has decreased considerably after the exorbitant increase in shipping and convenience charges. Many customers refrain from proceeding with the purchase after they see the final charges even if the product is set to the lowest possible price. They say it's more economical to buy from local shop or other online platforms. Cash and coins do not have the same value but have the same convenience charges !! Not good.

there are so many things wrong with this app that i can't fit without exceeding the limit.I had put up a product for sale, a customer made an offer,i accepted and she paid the product value+ delivery. (to app, not me), app deducted some 60-70 charges from my side too. i was selling for 399, i was claimed to receive 323. i still shipped it, they lost the parcel in the shipping, the customer cancelled and i didn't even receive the payment, nor my parcel was returned. 8-9 days, still no update.

it's easy to use and sell but they take an extra charge for both the seller and the buyer which is unreasonable and the price also keeps increasing.. there should be a proper feedback service and options to delete comments. people might write something by mistake and can't even delete or edit the comments plus the offer option should also be changed . after accepting an offer and the buyer doesn't buy it or wants to reduce or increase the price there should be options for that
