I had high hopes for this app, but my experience was deeply disappointing. This app falls short of expectations due to a range of critical issues, including an unreliable booking process and the so-called "ticket on hold" feature is practically useless. A dysfunctional payment gateway where most payment options fail except through the website. To make matters worse, the customer service is poorly trained and unable to resolve or escalate issues effectively, leaving users frustrated.

Funding my wallet was easy but paying for booking with the same wallet was a complete disaster. The flutterwave payment option is not working at all as it's requesting for currency, reference code and other things that are nonexistent on the app. Please, work on these issues. Your app was superb with the bank transfer option for booking but it's so difficult these days.

I am not a fan of this new app. 1. The old app was very seamless and you could easily check prices before booking 2. I cannot rate previous trips as I could do with the old app. And all my last trips really need to be rated cos they were something else 3. This app keeps logging me out or having network issues. Why??? 4. I don't really like how the To (destination) is placed before the From. But that's not a big issue, though some people may mistakenly book a trip going the opposite direction
