Buggy when ordering. Sometimes wont process after pressing the Pay button with card option. Sometimes would be a blank payment screen. It also would randomly not let me in the app, just stuck on the Jetour T2 ad screen. It often doesn't properly apply promo codes. It would sometimes say the vendor is closed only after failing to put a promo code in. All these bugs arent worth it. It worked once before, but not anymore. Deleted.

Zero quality control. Ordered from a local grocery market, that went wrong: missing items, wrong items, delays, driver does not read instructions, etc. Reasons: couriers are not allowed in the market ???! They are the agents shopping on MY behalf, they are the ones supposed to check that my order is correct... Completely unacceptable. Plus, the app is not good in comparison with the competition (talabat, etc.) No matter what they give away in raffles, save yourself the hassle.

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I ordered food with a promotion advertised for only 1 riyal, but I was charged the full amount instead. To make matters worse, there’s no option to cancel the order or get a refund. I’ve tried calling customer support over 100 times, and no one answers. It’s unacceptable to have such poor customer service, especially when there’s an issue with billing. I expected better from this app, and I’m seriously reconsidering using it again. Don't use
