Waited almost 2 hours for my food in Erbil. The restaurant claimed it was picked up 20 minutes after ordering. Support kept me waiting 30 minutes, then lied about trying to contact me. I had my phone the whole time, no calls or messages. After all that, they cancelled my order. At night most restaurants are closed, so I was left with nothing. Terrible service, dishonest staff. Don’t waste your time on this app.

Very bad customer support, the restaurants cancel or delay accepting the orders. They ignore the request to cancel the order. Only the restaurants have the right to cancel.

I installed this app yesterday but cant open it, when i click on it loading several times and no action Any help. 2025 new problem almost a year had a problem with lezoo express can't totally find the address to deliver to and new problem can't find my address that always sends from. it is a big headache for me to use lezoo express that I should deal with this app twice a day. any advice
