worst customer service ever, i ordered the item was missing i reported it and they just transferred me to an AI that told me that my request is being handled then nothing. i guess unless you make a fight for your refund they will just ignore you

Extremely stuttery and buggy experience. Wouldn't let me order even though I had my full address entered. Buggy UI which can't even detect touch properly.

full of features not just for food....., edit: I used to love this app, but after 6 months and many orders, one wrong order changed everything. When I reported it, instead of helping or refunding me, they treated me like a fraud Even I'm a VIP user, 2nd Edit: they refunded me at the end but after a headache, thanks anyway
