I paid #1500 and can't make video calls. I paid so that I can receive and video call people in the app yet I can't do any one. It always write insufficient balance. It's either you send my money back or you give good service

I watch a large amount of ads to support the developers, but I don't get any diamonds! Why? I had to uninstall this app because it's really frustrating, besides the no-reward problem, there's a lot of bugs. Especially on Android!

I don't understand what's going on with the app, I recharged 2500 since yesterday and up till now my account has not activated. What is really going on??? I'm of the opinion that this app is a scam app, how can I make payment since yesterday and my account is still not yet activated? If it can't work kindly refund me my 2500 cos I'm definitely going to report the app.. This app is scam, the developers are scammers
