I had the very best car rental this time. Hassle free, good service, though customer service is bit late to respond I still had my issues clarified. Make sure exterior, interior and the inside bonnet are checked properly.Take necessary digital evidences like pictures or videos or both of the vehicle before starting the journey.They charge for pickup and drop-off, it's not a negative, as they clarified the reason.Except for tyres I am very happy with the overall service by team IndusGo.

My money got stucked, I booked car at Rs 4900 approx and in the upcoming panel, it was showing twice . so I had cancel one of them and both got cancelled and charges cancellation fees of around more than 3000., This is disgusting. there is no customer support. If you call to customer support then nobody will pick the call for sure. please go to zoomcar rather than this app.

worst experience, they provided the bad clutch vehicle (celerio) , we are almost about to get accident. Out of frustration, we contacted the customer care for refund , there response was poor , if I can give zero start , I will give that also. Save yourself by not booking here.
