Ratings and reviews

I changed my phone, and the problem kick starts. Unable to register. Sent multiple messages from the registered number, but it always says validation failed with no reason. Many emails were sent to customer care, not even a single reply. I can't register , and I can't use the app. I'm stuck on a never-ending loop.

UPI scan and pay always show "Transaction not permitted to vpa by the psp". After this error Amount getting debited from my account! Update after 2 months! I beleive my comment didn't reached the developers. Now the Union Bank employees recommend using GPay for scan upi pay. They even teach me how to add additional bank account in GPay :) After app update to 2.0 "Unable to fetch terms and conditions! " I could not proceed with registration through new app due to the mentioned error

For the past 10 days I'm unable to login to the app as it asks me to reset Login PIN and then says, "the services are being upgraded and will be made available soon". Also, the debit card section never loads and says "network error" while everything is working fine. Most of their customer support numbers don't work, those which do, the service people don't even try to listen to your query and ask things like do you speak hindi or english etc. so they can transfer it to someone else.
