Extremely disappointing experience. The app freezes every 5 minutes, picks faulty location, making it nearly unusable. I placed an order that was delivered after a 2-hour delay, and despite paying for delivery, I had to go and collect it myself because the delivery person failed to show up. When I reached out for customer support, I was met with a generic apology and no real solution.I strongly recommend using alternatives like Swiggy or Zomato for a smoother experience.

Very disappointed with my online order from Barbeque Nation (Hebbal outlet). The delivery took more 2 hours, with no tracking, no updates, and no proper delivery person or vehicle. It felt completely unprofessional.To make things worse, the quantity of food was very, very less—not at all worth the price charged. The food arrived cold and was barely enough for one person, despite being marketed as a combo.This was a really poor experience overall. I expected much better from a brand like Barbeque

I placed an order for dispatch but for 2 hours there was no one to answer my order and the person who gave me the restaurant's number did not even answer his phone and after calling the customer care, those people Those people say that we will call you back, but no call back payment is received, it is a third class service, do not download this app
