never had a bad experience till I finally earned a free pizza. I put it in my cart checked out and realized it never applied. I went to re order my food and had to spend more money cause they cant accept an order for $0. fine. well then within 1 minutes of placing the second order from my first it took the resturant 13 minutes to see it. my first order sat for 20 minutes before the second finished. this is why it makes sense to just call the old fashion way.

Make sure the restaurant actually delivers ! I purchased food from a restaurant that I wasnt 100% familiar with. They had good reviews but I choose delivery and slice changed it to pickup ! I didnt have a way to pick it up ! I was working. So I had to quit work and find the restaurant and pick it up ! Slice did give my tip money back for the delivery driver ! But the restaurant didnt seem to care! If your using Slice and they have an option for delivery make sure they actually deliver first !

Do anything but order through this service. Their customer service for issues on orders (and you WILL have issues) is beyond bad. 1.8 star rating on BBB. When things go wrong, getting a refund is difficult. If you place an online order, expect many items ordered will not arrive leaving you to have to order again somewhere else. No way to cancel an order and expected to receive 1/2 of what you wanted and pay for it. Go through Uber, Grub Hub or anywhere else. Business, don't be conned into using
