UI isn't the best but I can finally order real pizza on my phone instead of that bs mass produced abomination of pizza I normally have to get. My love of New York pizza and my dislike of talking to people are both met with this app.
App worked well, I wish there was a way to see previous orders and leave reviews for the pizza companies. I would take Roma Pizza 605 Twain Las Vegas off the app completely, worst service. I only ordered from them because it was listed on the app. Worst experience I've ever had with a pizza company, they served me food that I'm allergic to, two if my three pizzas were wrong. I had to argue with them on the phone to fix my order and ended up taking over three hours to fix. I know this isn't the apps fault but I would love to see that pizza place taken off the list to save other people from the horrible service they provide or add an option to leave reviews. End rant. Sorry and thank you.
This app is awful. It's not user friendly at all. No way to track your pizza, no home button, no screen to review your current order. I have no way to get back to my in-app confirmation screen that contained my reference number. What do you expect me to screenshot that page for reference? The only reason why I used this app instead of GrubHub was because of the promo code for my local pizza place, which the app told me I had already used before. The only reason I'm giving a two stars is because I got a call from them saying I placed the same order 3 times and that they were refunding me for the other two orders. That was good customer service for a poorly designed app. Won't be giving this a second try though.
I gave it three 3 stars because it did actually open I ordered and the restaurant received my order. Although the lack of proper option ex lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, onion or even lack of that you want on your sub wasn't an option for my restaurant the had extras but not a spot where I could check or unchecked what's a normal thing with the order. Example I'm allergic to blue cheese, they have a salad with blue cheese the only option. Is the notes apparently they don't see or pay attention to those because I did use that in hopes they would. I know that might not be all the apps fault. The only way that I knew what came on my sub was I looked on the website first. I was promised if I used the app $2 off my order. Then after I jumped through all the hoops it expects me to pay with a credit card just for a $2 discount. Like a lot of others have said it is a lot easier to call and order.
Had a poor experience on my first order. However, the customer service was helpful and apologetic. I will try again and hope it was a one time issue.
Please keep delivery range updated with your partner pizzerias. I understand you're just starting, and it's a novel idea, but please keep up. I really wish you a lot of luck. Thanks.
