I got the annual membership for my parents less than a month ago. I was working okay but now i am getting a message that says my membership is expired even though i have paid for 12 months! Called the customer service and they were not able to tell me what's wrong and asked me to call them back tomorrow morning!

Why the hell do you need a access to my f*ing private pictures and videos on my phone to use the application ! What kind of S*ity app is this, it's a privacy breach on users private files which you do try to force it before opening the app this is wrong ! Stop it !

Why dose a t.v. program asks for a access to my pictures and videos ! You don't have a right to do so ! Change and respect user privacy .
